These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) regulate your use of the service and its features. Your access and use constitute acceptance of all Terms. If you disagree with any clause, you must exit the service immediately. The service provider may amend these Terms at any time.
Registration is required to use certain features and requires a valid email address. You ensure that all registration data is current and accurate. You bear full responsibility for your login credentials. Unauthorized use of your account remains your liability.
You agree to comply with all laws and refrain from prohibited behavior, including spamming, hacking, or distributing harmful content. You must not interfere with the platform’s security or operations. Violations may result in account suspension or legal proceedings. We reserve the right to enforce these Terms without notice.
All content you upload remains your intellectual property, subject to the license you grant for service operation. You warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions. We may remove or disable access to infringing content. The service provider is not liable for user content.
Access to paid functionalities requires advance payment of fees at the rates displayed at checkout. Unless otherwise noted, payments are non-refundable. You agree to pay all applicable taxes and charges. Failure to pay may lead to service restrictions.
Subscriptions renew automatically based on the selected billing cycle unless canceled at least forty-eight hours before renewal. Management of auto-renewal is available in your account settings. No pro-rata refunds are given for time remaining after cancellation. You remain responsible for payment until cancellation takes effect.
We may modify, discontinue, or suspend any part of the service, including features, at our discretion. Major changes affecting functionality will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least seven days prior. No compensation is provided for modifications. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.
The service provider may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations or for operational reasons. You will be notified when possible. Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms end immediately. You must delete any copies of service materials.
All rights, title, and interest in the service’s software, design, and content are retained by their owners. No rights are granted to you beyond those expressly outlined herein. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is forbidden. Legal action may be taken for infringement.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. All express and implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed. We assume no liability for any damages arising from your use. Use at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within thirty days, disputes proceed to binding arbitration or court. Each party bears its own legal expenses.
